Roof Repair
Stop the Leak Before It Reaches the Drywall.
Water inside the house doesn't wait for a convenient time. We find where it's getting in, stabilize it, and give you a straight answer on repair vs. replace.
The Problem
A leak rarely shows up where the water is actually entering — by the time you see a stain, it may have been tracking along framing for a while. Guessing at the source (or ignoring it) is how a $400 repair turns into a $4,000 one.
What You Get
Why work with JBA on this.
Two-step process, not one guess
We stabilize the problem first, then confirm the permanent fix once we can see the full extent of the damage.
Repair-first, by default
If a targeted repair will hold for the roof's remaining life, that's what we recommend — not a replacement quote.
Photos of what we actually found
You see the damage and the fix, not just a line item on an invoice.
Process
How it works
- 01
Stabilize
If it's actively leaking, our first priority is stopping water from getting further into the house.
- 02
Inspect
We get a full look at the roof — not just the spot that's leaking — and document it with photos.
- 03
Fix it permanently
Once conditions allow a proper bond (dry decking, workable weather), we complete the lasting repair.

Water actively coming in?Call (206) 474-5996 nowinstead of filling out a form.
Most roof leaks in Western Washington come from three places: failed flashing around a penetration (chimney, vent pipe, skylight), wind-lifted or cracked shingles, or moss and debris holding water against the roof deck longer than the material was built to handle. We check all three before we write up a recommendation.
If your roof is actively leaking right now, don’t wait on us to read this page — call or start a repair request and we’ll prioritize getting eyes on it.
